Hi, I've got a focus 1.0 ecoboost and have had the same problem. Local garage have found the issue to be a tiny diaphragm attached to the vacuum pump/vacuum line. The diaphragm helps to control the vacuum going to the control system for the turbo and breaks (If I remember correctly). I noticed after using the stop start for around 30 mins of constant on and off, the car felt a severe lack of power and the cars idle was worse than usual.
